Corbin Advisors, a strategic consultancy accelerating value realization globally, today announced two key senior leadership promotions to further its industry leadership, specialization, and differentiation. Robert McConnaughey, current Senior Vice President and Head of IR Advisory and ESG, and Thang To, current Senior Vice President and Head of Corbin’s Investor Day, have been promoted to Executive Vice President, effective immediately. In these newly created roles, McConnaughey and To will play an important role in key business decisions for Corbin’s internal and external stakeholders, set long-term goals for the organization, and work directly with Founder and CEO Rebecca Corbin on strategic vision and company direction.

Robert McConnaughey has led the firm’s IR Advisory and ESG practices for the past four years, building strong client relationships, furthering Corbin’s track record of inspiring leaders and sustainably rerating companies. Prior to Corbin, he was a career buy-side professional, serving in research analyst, portfolio manager, and head of global equities and ESG roles for esteemed firms such as Fidelity, Citi Asset Management, and Columbia Threadneedle.

Over his 20 years in capital markets, including roles in investor relations and on the sell side, he has developed a deep expertise in helping clients gain a full understanding of the dynamics affecting their valuation, more effectively telling their story, and architecting strategies to realize sustained value over time.
