Agudelo to Lead Global Investor Relations as Core Spaces Expands Its Student Housing and Build-to-Rent Platforms

In his new role, Agudelo will play a critical role in leading the firm’s engagement with global institutional investors and further strengthening Core’s reputation as a trusted, specialist real estate manager.

With nearly two decades of experience in investment, capital markets and business development, Juan has executed over $4.1 billion in transactions across major and alternative property types, specializing in capital formation, investment strategy and product development.

Before joining Core, he held senior roles at Bridge Investment Group and PGIM Private Alternatives and began his career in investment banking and capital markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Juan holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
