Strategic investment creates Agentic AI Laboratory dedicated to ServiceNow innovation, reinforcing CoreX’s position as a leading innovator in the ServiceNow Latin America ecosystem
CoreX, a next-generation ServiceNow consultancy and NewSpring Holdings platform company, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Volteo, LLC, an Elite ServiceNow partner. The company also unveiled a significant investment in Guadalajara, Mexico by expanding its Agentic AI Laboratory dedicated to ServiceNow innovation.
The Agentic AI Laboratory will serve as an innovation hub where clients can collaborate with CoreX experts to develop custom AI agents and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. The lab will also function as an executive briefing center where ServiceNow can showcase advanced capabilities to potential customers.

The ServiceNow Center of Excellence, which will house the Agentic AI Laboratory, has been recognized as a top performer in customer satisfaction across North Latin America and has undergone significant expansion. It has added additional office space and hired 30 new architects and engineers with ServiceNow expertise, with more hires anticipated throughout the year. This team will use specialized ServiceNow training programs to accelerate customer success and innovation.
