This marks the second strategic acquisition in less than a year as the company continues expanding its network of trusted regional providers.

Located in Smithville, Texas, The Last Resort offers comprehensive care for men, including medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and virtual intensive outpatient programming (IOP). Crestone Wellness, located in Taylor, Texas, provides medical detox and residential treatment for both men and women. The Chapter House, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, delivers an extended care and sober living program designed specifically for men transitioning from primary treatment.
