New CHRO survey shows confidence drops where business impact is hardest to prove—exactly where leaders need answers most
One Model, the #1 People Analytics platform for the enterprise, today announced record momentum in 2025—driven by enterprise adoption, durable retention, accelerating global go-to-market execution, and major advances in governed AI for workforce decisions.
The company’s results come as HR leaders face a widening expectation gap: boards and CEOs want clearer answers on productivity, performance, and workforce ROI, yet many CHROs say the underlying data is the least trusted. In a recent One Model CHRO survey, only about one in three CHROs said they feel highly confident in productivity data, compared with 70% who trust attrition metrics. 42% cited fragmented systems as the top barrier to reliable performance reporting, and 47% said they often rely on dashboards even when they know they’re incomplete.
“Workforce performance is the growth engine. If you can’t connect people data to outcomes, you can’t scale with confidence—period,” said Chris Butler, CEO of One Model. “Our job is to make workforce data defensible: connected across systems, governed, and usable by business leaders. The momentum we saw in 2025 reflects a market that’s done arguing about whose spreadsheet is ‘right’—and ready to run the business on facts.”
