Dr. Michael Wynn-Williams is a senior lecturer at the University of Greenwich in London, UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and a Ph.D. in international business from Cardiff University. Michael has extensive life experience beyond the English Channel, including six years in Japan as an English Teacher and two years in the US as a helicopter pilot. Before becoming an academic, he was, for a while, a business analyst in London. All of that has been distilled into this book.
