After years of entrepreneurs being delivered ‘one size fits all’ approaches and trainings for their businesses, Future Females has designed a unique business capability assessment (the “PAVE Assessment”, that provides entrepreneurs with a performance score and personalised business growth roadmap for their businesses.
The PAVE Assessment works by asking an entrepreneur to rate their business across 36 weighted factors, that then provides a unique performance score across four key success pillars; Profit, Attraction, Visibility and Engagement.
From this score, the entrepreneur then receives a custom growth roadmap with 3 specific recommendations and actions to take under each pillar, with a focus on three key business objectives (1) increased Founder confidence, (2) growing an online audience, (3) increased business profit.
The PAVE Assessment was co-created with input from the earliest members of Future Females, through live workshop sessions hosted fortnightly. Early testing received positive feedback, including one member saying “I’m just so relieved I know exactly where I stand with my business now, and I don’t have to keep guessing and questioning if I’m prioritising the right actions to grow – it’s given me renewed enthusiasm to get back into growing my business!”
