In addition, he finished 24th in all of North America, competing against 9 million members. Leveraging his highly impactful engagement methodology, Askology, he dominated in earning votes in his local area and quickly climbed to the top 25 during the last 3 weeks of the 7-week contest. During that same period, he collected 160 unsolicited testimonials, further validating the peer support that he received.

As the founder of BOSS Academy, an entrepreneurial success community, he was introduced to Alignable® almost four weeks into the 7-week contest for Local Businessperson of the Year. He was a late adopter of this powerful networking platform, but leveraging his engagement methodology he was able to dominate his local market of Fort Worth, Texas, winning by a 200% margin over second place. This also landed him 24th position in all of North America.

Paul Kirch is a former drive-time radio show host and former top 10 business podcaster with his high-impact show for entrepreneurs and small business leaders, called BOSS Academy Radio, which began in 2014.
