Lexington, Kentucky, USA - September 1, 2025 - Second-generation legal advocate Tomer Shaked has now released his book, Seismic Impact: The Lasting Effects of Landmark Cases and the Attorneys Who Won Them. The new book offers a deep dive into some of the most prominent yet misunderstood legal battles in American history. Through deep analysis, the author brings readers directly into the courtroom and sheds light on how civil trial lawyers face billion-dollar corporations head-on.
Seismic Impact doesn't just retell the stories of prominent legal battles; it peels back the media misinformation and corporate propaganda to restore these cases to truth. In addition to sharing the raw, unfiltered, and unbiased truths of each case, the book also features interviews with the very lawyers who faced corrupt institutions and created a lasting impact on the American legal landscape. From the moment Reed Morgan challenged McDonald's over a scalding cup of coffee to the civil rights trial that followed George Floyd's death, Seismic Impact gives American citizens an entirely new perspective on the courtroom battles that have reshaped society. The book shares nine cases in total, with each story revealing the important role civil trial lawyers play in ensuring justice is delivered and lives are saved. In addition to the gripping storytelling, it also equips readers with a 10-step roadmap to making a difference through the law.
