He replaces Joseph Turk, who will transition off the Board in connection with his new position at Fresenius Medical Care.

Previously, he spent 16 years at Zimmer Biomet Holdings, in positions including Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Treasurer, and most recently Vice President, Americas Finance for the U.S., Canadian, and Latin American commercial markets. Earlier in his career, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Brown & Williamson Tobacco, a subsidiary of British American Tobacco.
