Volatus Aerospace Corp. (TSXV: VOL) (OTCQB: VLTTF) (“Volatus” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, in connection with the closing of its previously announced marketed public offering (the “Offering”) of 11,171,812 units of the Company (the “Units”) and concurrent brokered private placement of 569,222 Units on the same terms as the Offering (the “Concurrent Private Placement”), the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has approved the listing of an aggregate of 11,741,034 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) partially comprising of the Units issued under the Offering and Concurrent Private Placement.
The Warrants will begin trading on the TSXV as of market open on Thursday October 13, 2022 under the symbol VOL.WT.A.
