Jefferies Says Buy Ford On 'Credible' Targets, Strategic Levers

Jefferies analyst Philippe Houchois upgraded Ford Motor to Buy as he believes the company is getting no credit for its "ambitious but credible" cost targets and "strategic levers" to improve market and product exposure.
