Lawyers: Sexual harassment allegations against Tampa City Council chairman are credible

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, who has no authority over chairman Orlando Gudes as an elected official, said in a statement that "if he were a city employee he would be fired over these credible and corroborated sexual harassment revelations."
