Kayode Akinsola is a renowned Nigerian business lawyer, strategy and policy consultant, conference speaker, and author. He serves as the President of Queens Group Africa, a Professional services firm based in Nigeria. Akinsola has garnered the patronage of over 60 corporate organizations in Africa and abroad, and also sits on numerous boards as a Non-Executive Director. His extensive knowledge and experience have earned him a reputation as one of the top experts in his field.
Widely acclaimed as an international speaker, Akinsola has authored numerous books and journals. He is a Fellow of the Institutes of Management Consultants and Business Diplomacy, as well as the Institute of Management Consultants. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Pastor at the Jubilee Christian Church International.
Early Life & Education
Raised in Abeokuta, Nigeria, Kayode Akinsola is the son of Pa. Johnson and Mrs Comfort Akinsola. He attended the Methodist Primary School, Ago Oko, before obtaining his bachelor’s degree in law from the Nigerian Premier University in Ibadan. He later went on to receive his master’s in laws (LLM) and Ph.D. in International Business laws from Charisma University, as well as an executive MBA from the Business School Netherlands.
Furthermore, Akinsola has several licenses and certifications from Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School, the Institute of Management Consultants USA, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Daystar Leadership Academy.
Career
Lawyer Kayode Akinsola has a wealth of experience providing his services to clients from all over the world. After graduating, he joined the Nigerian bar and served as a solicitor and advocate for the Nigerian Supreme Court. Additionally, he worked as the Governor of Ogun State as a Special Assistant. As a consultant, Kayode has partnered with a variety of public and private institutions, including 3Tech Corporate Limited, Bank of Industry Limited, Fidelity Bank PLC, and Standard Chartered Bank in Nigeria.
Kayode Akinsola, Managing Partner of Queens Attorneys LP, a Nigerian Lawyer Firm based in Lagos and Ogun State, pioneered the firm in 2013. He has since worked with major financial institutions such as Ecobank, FirstBank, Stanbic IBTC and Bank of Industry, providing legal advice and guidance to his clients. With his expertise, Akinsola has enabled his clients to successfully navigate the legal system in Nigeria and abroad.
Fellow of the Institutes of Management Consultants and Business Diplomacy, Akinsola speaks at conferences around the world and has contributed to several books and journals. He is also a guest lecturer at Chrisland University, where he has taught many successful students who are now leaders in their respective fields.
Personal Life
Akinsola is happily married to his beloved wife Adenike Akinsola and is a proud father of two children: David Kingston and Greatness Elizabeth.
