Faith Barrett, a rising star of Hollywood, is proud and delighted to announce her role in the upcoming independent feature, The Faithful Brethren of Pitt Street. Growing up in New York City, Faith has always been passionate about performing arts such as dancing, modeling, and acting. After graduating from high school she took the brave step of pursuing her dreams by making the move to Hollywood in 2014.
Since then, she has been under the mentorship of renowned acting coach Eric Morris who has helped shape her into an accomplished actor today. With Faith’s determination and resilience and thanks to her passion for acting, she has made it far in the highly competitive industry.
Through hard work and dedication she has achieved what many only dream of – starring in an independent feature film. This is something that Faith is extremely grateful for and humbly acknowledges God’s role and power in this journey.
Faith’s accomplishments are not one of an ordinary actor. Having had a difficult childhood, frequently affected with difficult health conditions, she has certainly come a long way. Add to that, Hollywood’s fiercely demanding environment and work culture, where perseverance, tenacity and sacrifice are just as important as acting skills — if not more.
Faith has worked in several ads and has been featured on networks such as Investigation DiscoveryTM, Travel ChannelTM, NBCTM NY to name a few. She shot ads for Huntington Bank, Mayvenn Hair, Trophy Skin, Luminess, has a cameo in her friend Jordan Hinson’s film out on the festival circuit right now “God Save the Queens'' and is particularly proud of her role in Christina Aguilera's No Es Que Te Extrañe music video, where she played the role of her mother.
Faith Barrett is definitely someone to watch out for as she takes on this new journey towards stardom with The Faithful Brethren Pitt Street! A Lovely tale of keeping a Yiddish Theater alive in NYC in the late 50’s Produced by the Lam brothers. Written by Phillip Lam, and directed by Sidney Lam. She looks forward to sharing this story with everyone later this year when the movie premieres nationwide.
