AGRITECH Successfully Launches CANNAWELL in Thailand's Medicinal Cannabis Industry

AGRITECH is making waves in Thailand's newly legalized medicinal cannabis industry with its successful project, CANNAWELL.

Thailand - March 2, 2023

The company has capitalized on the unused retail space created by the COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand and aligned its model with government regulations regarding licensing and origin of cannabis products.

AGRITECH is changing the cannabis landscape in Thailand with its successful working model that has aligned with government regulations regarding licensing and origin of cannabis products. The company's project, CANNAWELL, represents "Cannabis meets Wellness." It has already proven very successful in Thailand's newly legalized medicinal cannabis industry.

Robert Ramos, the CEO of AGRITECH, realized that the COVID-19 pandemic had created an abundance of unused retail space within hotels and retail outlets in Thailand due to a drastic fall in tourism occupancy and patronage. When Thailand decriminalized cannabis, AGRITECH launched CANNAWELL to capitalize on Thailand's nearly 1-billion-dollar medical tourism industry through a mixed use of product-based business and medicinal applications.

CannaWell and RAKKUN are AGRITECH's already launched projects in Thailand. CannaWell represents the wellness side of operations focused on integrating resorts, tourism, traditional Thai/Chinese medicine, and cannabis to provide an alternative to conventional treatment for domestic and international travelers. Cannawell has successfully converted Surf & Sand Resort in Hua Hin, a beautiful beach city south of Bangkok, into a medical wellness resort. With CannaWell's online telehealth medical review, travelers can easily plan their treatments and requirements directly with on-site doctors before visiting. Surf & Sand will offer domestic and international travelers a full range of cannabis-infused traditional medicine services.

RAKKUN represents the commercial side of operations focused on the supply of tested and proven quality medicinal cannabis products through dispensaries, clinics, and retail outlets nationally. The Rakkun business model is decentralized wealth, and they will target strategic relationships with over 400 retail outlets domestically. They seek to have as many Thai-owned businesses as possible participate in this USD 2 billion emerging industry to distribute wealth among all companies wishing to participate.

AGRITECH has partnered with AGROW to create the most extensive indoor innovative farming system in Asia. The 8,000 SM indoor facility can produce 1,000 Lbs of 4A quality medical-grade cannabis monthly. AGRITECH has strategically partnered with several large USA brands to ensure a successful rollout further and will have exclusive growth and branding rights. The first two brands coming to Thailand are Lavender Boys and KushLife. Two new brands will be added per quarter, and all brands will fall under the Rakkun label, which will become synonymous with cannabis quality. Look for the RAKKUN LOGO; you will find the highest quality branded products.

All cannabis products will be available on AGRITECH's proprietary traceability and peer-to-peer marketplace. This open platform is available to all Thailand growers and service providers. AGRITECH has launched its utility token, AGT, on the centralized exchange CoinW.

AGT token holders will benefit from profit sharing from all revenue earned. Individuals can check AGRITECH's website to learn more.
